Registered User

As a registered user, I want to be able to log in to my account so that I can access personalized features.

As a registered user, I want to be able to save events to my profile so that I can easily find them later.

As a registered user, I want to be able to set up email alerts for specific topics or organizations so that I am notified of relevant events.

As a registered user, I want to be able to view event details, including speakers, descriptions, and registration links.

As a registered user, I want to be able to RSVP for events so that I can indicate my interest in attending.

As a registered user, I want to be able to create and manage my own events (if applicable).

As a registered user, I want to be able to search for other users by interest or affiliation so that I can network with them.

As a registered user, I want to be able to upgrade to a paid subscription so that I can access all features.

Paid Subscriber

As a paid subscriber, I want to be able to access all events and search results without restrictions.

As a paid subscriber, I want to receive personalized event recommendations based on my interests and past activity.

As a paid subscriber, I want to be able to access premium content, such as event transcripts and recordings (future feature).

As a paid subscriber, I want to be able to invite guests to events using guest passes (future feature).

As a paid subscriber, I want to be able to manage my billing information and download invoices.

Organization Admin

As an organization admin, I want to be able to create and manage my organization's profile.

As an organization admin, I want to be able to add, edit, and remove events associated with my organization.

As an organization admin, I want to be able to promote my organization's events through paid promotions.

As an organization admin, I want to be able to track RSVPs for my organization's events.

As an organization admin, I want to be able to communicate with users who have RSVP'd for my organization's events.

Data Entry User

As a data entry user, I want to be able to enter event data quickly.

Admin User

As an admin user, I want to be able to manage all user accounts, including subscription status.

As an admin user, I want to be able to review, edit, and delete any event on the platform.

As an admin user, I want to be able to review events parsed from scraper and see a report of each scraper’s status.

As an admin user, I want to be able to manage paid event promotions.

As an admin user, I want to be able to view reports on user activity, event popularity, and revenue.
