Referral Reward Structure
Describe the reward(s) being offered for internal referral hires.
What will be awarded?
When should the reward(s) be issued/paid? What threshold must be met?
Will this be a flat or dynamic reward structure?
Flat structure example: $2,500 for all referral hires
Dynamic structure example: A higher reward for jobs marked as ‘urgent.’
Does this include rewards for public referral hires?
If no, please indicate the reward(s) that will be offered for public referrals and when the reward(s) should be issued/paid.
If there are any dynamic factors to consider for public referrals, please list those also.
Note: We recommend offering a reward for public referrals. The reward is only due if the candidate is hired and stays for the set guarantee period.
Reward Payment Point of Contact
Which team members should be notified when referral rewards are due?

Job Post Field Data
Boon Job Field Details
As long as each job Boon receives has a unique identifier (often a job ID):
Job post information received from imported data and/or 3rd party integrations will automatically override any default input settings. The default input settings will be applied if no data is received for a field. Default inputs are required for some fields but not all.
If an existing job is re-imported into Boon, the data from the newest import will be considered the source of truth. This will override any existing field values.
Below is a list of the job fields Boon offers.

Manually Importing Job Data
If you can easily copy and paste the job post field values you’d like to import, try downloading Boon’s bulk job import template. This is typically useful for smaller and more simple imports. For larger and comprehensive imports, field mapping may be required (
have a predefined list of values they can accept. Imported data that does not match these values exactly will not be imported unless it is mapped to a preset value within Boon.
If you are planning to import data for any of these fields, only values you are importingneed to be mapped (to a Boon value). You do not need an equivalent value for every Boon field. Multiple imported field values can be mapped to the same Boon field value by
will automatically input values for many fields when jobs are imported.
ATS Integration + Tracker Field Data
Boon Tracker Field Details
What is an opportunity?
An opportunity can be visualized as a single card/record within the tracker. It is a terms that includes both applications and referrals. This term is necessary because candidates can apply to openings without being referred. As a result, neither referral nor application fully covers the scope of what an opportunity can be.
Import and export statuses apply to manual imports and exports as well as integration data.
The import field statuses shown in this table pertain only to import permissions for tracker imports. It's important to note that tracker import protocols do not allow editing of opening details, such as job or department information. However, job import protocolsdo allow for this type of information to be added and edited.
Boon fields that are not supported by the ATS can often be shared through the ATS’s comment/notes field. Changes to these field values will be reflected as additional comments.
