The code I was given isn’t working anymore. How can I request a new code?

Fill in a , make sure to indicate that you’re requesting a new code in the Ticket Name or Description
A ticket will be created automatically and shared with our Support Team who will respond immediately during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm BST)


How do I change the language?

Once in Bodyswaps, access the Settings.
Press “English” to change to “French”, or the reverse.

Receive “Multiple Device Can’t Access This App at the Same Time” message when launching Bodyswaps
This message happens when multiple Quest headsets linked to the same Facebook account try to run the same app on multiple headsets at the same time. This is an OS feature designed to reduce piracy and affects all applications not just Bodyswaps.

Workarounds are:
Assign each Quest in your fleet to different Facebook account. This may require a Factory Reset
