With an eye on the future, our client is seeking an experienced leader to serve as President. The President will lead the business with a focus on leveraging the well-established brand name to grow strategically, explore new opportunities, and extend the company’s reach, influence, and enterprise value. Reporting to the Family Board, the President will be an advisor on corporate strategy and will be accountable for translating that strategy into measurable action. This will require an experienced, hands-on leader who will provide the family and the business with the leadership, motivation, and initiative necessary to meet the ownership group’s vision and goals for the business.
Position Summary
The President will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of this multi-platform media company. With full P&L accountability, the President will lead the development and execution of plans to meet business and financial goals while providing leadership and guidance to the full organization. The President has broad leadership over the business and will be expected to develop efficiencies across operating activities, explore new opportunities and build talent and capabilities that support growth goals.
