REQUIREMENTS
Work Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Business Management, related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years leadership experience in a commercially focused role / DTC business environment delivering value-added, differentiated products or services.
Proven experience in leading, building and scaling teams, and processes
Proven ability to leverage technology to build a seamless and integrated customer experience (CRM, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing etc)
Experience with customer segmentation, and designing, implementing and measuring processes / campaigns to activate and engage customers.
Able to demonstrate an entrepreneurial appetite and approach.
P&L Literacy and Ownership
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Technical, Engineered or Industrial experience is NOT a prerequisite.
