Deliver business and margin growth within DTC Channel to meet or exceed company’s expectations, in a manner consistent with overall Business Plan. Develop and communicate the expectation levels and vision of the company to members of unit. This must correlate to the company’s corporate vision and goals.
Identify, assign, and develop processes to elevate and enhance customer experience with / across the team.
Define the Business Plan for the Channel to achieve revenue, margin, and growth expectations.
Leverage marketing and technology platforms, automation tools and campaigns to capture and grow, previous, current, and new customers
Collaborate with marketing to develop an e-commerce platform for standard catalog product and ensure quality leads are generated.
Provide monthly sales forecast for the Channel and provide motivation to achieve sales targets.
Train and develop team members.
Analyze and explore market trends, and identify new opportunities.
Define and set pricing strategies for the department, in a manner consistent with overall Business Plan / Philosophy and in conjunction with Executive Management.
Develop tools, techniques, dashboard, monitors that demonstrate rates of growth, effectiveness of processes and marketing programs.
Coordinate with other heads of departments, integrating objectives and ideas for organizational growth.
Maximize market share by understanding the target group dynamics and report on industry trends.
Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as to brainstorm fresh strategies.
