Deposit Flow

We allocate a designated wallet to the client for security reasons

Client initiates deposit to that designated wallet address

Once assets are deposited in designated wallet, compliance team run checks to further confirm if funds can be accepted or not

After positive confirmation from compliance, we transfer the assets to your subaccount’s spot wallet

We notify you regarding the deposit

You can move your assets to your desired wallets internally within subaccount viz. Futures, Portfolio Margin etc.

Withdrawal Flow

Client requests CoinDCX to withdraw the assets

Since subaccount can’t initiate withdrawal on it’s own, CoinDCX transfers the assets to it’s master account

CoinDCX transfers the assets from it’s master account wallet to Client’s wallet and completes the transaction

Points to note

There are no APIs at the moment to run these deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are completed manually.

Since these transactions are manual. Below are our standard service hours

Mon-Fri:

EST 10:30pm to next day 1:30pm

or, IST 8am-11pm

IST Sat-Sun: On Best effort basis

Transfers within different wallets in a subaccount and across subaccounts within same exchange (if you’re using multiple) can be completed with exchange APIs
