About the Program

The Diverse Tech Talent Program: AI-Guided Web Development program will run from Tuesday, May 20th - Friday, July 11th, 2025

Student Experience

The Diverse Tech Talent Program: App Development has two tracks for Phase 1: Skills Training with Co.Lab, Track 1: No-Code Development and Track 2: AI-Guided Web Development
Track 1: No-Code Development will empower learners to gain foundational and industry-relevant knowledge of leveraging No-Code tools to build products, internal tools and prototypes. ​Track 2: AI-Guided Web Development will empower learners to gain foundational and industry-relevant knowledge of leveraging AI tools to build web applications.
There is a mix of live, pre-scheduled classes, as well as online content they will take at their own pace.

DTTP Mentorship Responsibilities

👨‍🏫 Mentor Expectations

AI-Guided Web Dev Mentors: a background in software engineering or development
Epathetic with supportive communication skills
Replit experience (you’ll be reviewing student work on Replit)
Experience with prompting and generating code
Building experience with natural language
No Code Mentors:

We are currently looking for Product Managers with experience using some of the following No Code tools:
Airtable
Zapier / Make (Integromat)
Calendly or TidyCal
WhatsApp Business API / Twilio
Notion / Softr / Glide
Paperform/Typeform
You do not need to have experience with all the tools, and if you have experience with other related No Code tools, please let us know!

🕛 Mentorship Time Commitment

8-week commitment
4-8 hours per week
The primary goal of the DTTP Mentor is to provide feedback to learners on their submissions each week through the program.
Here are some of the high-level list responsibilities:
Complete mentor onboarding with members of the Co.Lab team
Post your announcement as a Co.Lab DTTP mentor using your mentor badge to your professional network (LinkedIn, Twitter)
Review our program curriculum and be familiar with the learning material (to be shared during onboarding)
Review all submission examples, tutorials, and course content to clearly understand the requirements for all submissions and the final project
You’ll be assigned approximately 20-25 students to review their work and provide feedback where needed (mostly to determine if they are on track each week)
Confirm if they have completed the weekly submission task
Provide feedback and support if they have not completed or succeeded in that week’s submission task
Complete all weekly reviews in a timely manner before the indicated deadline by Sunday evening every week
Host a 60-minute Live Office Hours session each week at 7 pm ET with your mentee group (day of week to be determined)
