If you are a Sales Manager moving to a new department or a whole new company, the competency of your Sales Team is something you would probably want to get a handle on.

There is a subpage for each Sales Representative (R1 = Sales Representative 1). The Sales Representatives' competency is scored in 5 Areas.

Defining Demand - 5 sub-questions to be rated.
Generating Demand - 5 sub-questions to be rated.
Managing Stakeholders - 5 sub-questions to be rated.
Managing Yourself - 2 sub-questions to be rated.
Mastering Tools and Processes - 5 sub-questions to be rated.

A slider is used to score each sub-question, and these scores are averaged as Area scores in "Summary of Competencies" at the top of each subpage.

There are also some open-ended questions to elicit the level of Sales Representatives' competency.

A master summary of each subpage is shown below.
