Course Overview

Based on our extensive user research, we have found that many highly skilled and experienced product managers lack the necessary seniority and network to progress in their current roles.

To address this challenge, we are excited to announce our first CoHort program!

While there is certainly a lot to learn from the experiences, content, and lessons of large, well-known companies, we will focus on the day-to-day realities of a PM in Berlin and how we can solve the specific problems we face, build a strong peer network and move forward!

What makes this course unique?  

Created by product managers ourselves, CoHorts by BPM introduces high-quality, community-driven learning for product mangers in Berlin. With the help and expertise of the best in the business you’ll improve your Product Management skills while making meaningful connections - with both mentors and peers alike.

Small group format (no more than 15 participants)

Focus on specific, industry-relevant topics

Three online sessions to build rapport and share your experiences

One in-person AMA to get your questions and concerns addressed

Additionally, you will have access to reach out to your CoHort mentor for a period of two months - so that you’re supported beyond this learning journey.

Our goal is to give you an edge in today's job market by helping you acquire the skills needed to stay competitive and providing access to an alumni network for connection, support, and job opportunities.

How do we select Mentors

Mentors are BPM selected, experienced product leaders with a track record of mentoring and public speaking.

How do we select the peer group?

The peer groups are cross-functional with similar: seniority, industry, size of employer and funding stage to make the course actionable and create a strong network.

Cost

€799/person*

*This will be a pilot project. In case we do not reach the minimum amount of people (highly unlikely) we would run a smaller Cohort with a reduced number of mentors.

FAQ

What if I miss a live session? 

We will stream & record the sessions, you can watch them wherever and whenever it fits your schedule.

How many peers are in my cohort? 

Our cohorts are a maximum of 12 PMs. We believe a small group size increases the quality of experience of our course and helps students develop great connections with their peers.

Who can enroll for this course? 

People with product experience looking to fast-forward their careers.

Can I get this reimbursed from my company? 

Yes, we provide you an invoice that can be reimbursed by your company.
