Program Management Module
Program Management Module (PMM) is a standard framework for nonprofits to track Programs, Services, Clients' or Cohorts' Program Engagements and Service Delivery and extract meaningful outputs. It is free and open source and integrates with NPSP; it needs to be installed. Here is the data model:
The Coalition for Home Repair operates a lot of programs, most of which are educational. PMM allows the staff to easily manage its operations using Salesforce. The following programs, services, schedules, and cohorts have been added to the nonprofit’s NPSP:
