Happy days regarding where we netted out from a budget perspective. Ending the project at 50% burn rate - which is precisely what we’ve billed.

The gang are all moving off to do different things, though the Guard that won’t change is Trevor who is ultimately answerable to

and will stay on as he takes on new projects/products.

Discussions are taking place as to the code / ip - perhaps sell in an equity deal, though Trev is open to further discussion around LAM collaboration, and whether the code and ip is something we could leverage within our DBP’s.

All round positive vibes - real keenness to work together in some capacity in the future - and for the internal team departing to be able to flex the work we’ve done on their CV’s as they look to make their next move.
