, the address is Plaça dels Països Catalans, 08014 Barcelona, it’s located on top of the Barcelona Sants train station.
To get there from the airport, take the R2 train from Terminal 2, towards Sants Celoni, and get off at the Barcelona Sants train station. This is the easiest way to get there, without having to transfer. In doubt, Google Maps is your best friend :)
Head to the check in desk and let them know you’re with Plato, they have your information already. The Plato team will be there from the 5th of June, you can reach out to us in case of problem (see contact info below).
Transportation
Plato will cover a 5 day Hola card. This card will allow you to use public transportations for 5 days. Public transportation in Barcelona is very reliable and is the often fastest way to get around.
. You’ll get a code that you’ll have to use on a ticket machine on arrival in Barcelona to get your card. We recommend downloading the QR code or taking a picture of it before leaving home.
Paying for things & reimbursements
On top of the stipends we’ve already mentioned for your flights/travel, and your stay for those of you staying with us, we’re happy to cover the following:
One 5 day Hola card

SaaStr
Fastest way to get to SaaStr (hosted at the CCIB, Plaça de Willy Brandt, 11-14, 08019 Barcelona) from the hotel is to take train R2 towards Arenys De Mar, change at Sant Adrià de Besòs, then take Tram 4 to Forum. It takes about 45 minutes in total. In doubt, Google Maps is your best friend :)
You should already be able to log in on the SaaStr website and on their app. Make sure that it’s the case, as we’ll need to reach out to the SaaStr team if not.
You will need to be tested for Covid to enter the event, you can use a test that’s less than 72 hours old, or get tested for free on-site (keep in mind you’ll need to wait for 30 min for test results + potentially more if there’s a line). SaaStr will accept pictures of at home tests. See details
