Types of Leaves
1️⃣ Planned Leaves 🗓️
Plan your leaves early, so that you get some much-needed time off while we ensure team continues to deliver. Here’s a simple guide:
1-day leave: Let us know 1 day in advance. 2-3 day leave: Let us know 1 week in advance. More than 3 days: Let us know 2-3 weeks in advance. Important: The only time we might decline your request is if too many team members are already on leave at the same time. In that case, we’ll work together to find the best alternative.
2️⃣ Emergency Leaves 🚨
Life happens, and we understand that!
For 1-day emergency leave: No questions asked. Just drop a quick message to your manager. For longer than 2 days: Keep us updated on your situation and your expected return date. Your health and well-being always come first. 🫶
Work From Home (WFH) 🏡
WFH is fully supported—no questions asked! Just align with your manager on deliverables and timelines to ensure a smooth workflow.
