How We’re Organized 📋

Here’s a quick look at our current setup within US Commissioning:

Key Stakeholder: Content Insights 🔄

One critical cross-functional partner we work closely with is the Content Insights team. They play a vital role in enhancing our work through their specialized pods:
🔍 QC (Quality Control) Checks grammar, spelling, syntax, and overall script quality.
📈 Testing Insights Analyzes what shows worked, what didn’t, and why.
🔄 Rework (Focused improvement) Reviews existing shows, conducts root cause analysis (RCA), reads user comments, formulates hypotheses, and evaluates variants on adherence to hypotheses.
📤 Content Handover Deep dives into winning shows, gathers detailed insights, and coordinates with the Content team for knowledge transfer (KT).
