Feedback is at the heart of growth—for individuals, teams, and the company as a whole. It helps us learn, improve, and thrive together. While Pulse Check surveys provide a safe, anonymous way to share opinions, we also want every team member to feel comfortable sharing feedback openly and frequently.
💡 Key Principle: Your contributions and performance should never feel uncertain. Feedback, areas of development, and career growth conversations should be regular and transparent — no surprises here!
How Feedback Works 📅
We recommend a two-level feedback ritual:
1️⃣ Once a Month: A 1:1 conversation with your direct manager.
2️⃣ Once in 2 Months: A check-in with your skip-level manager.
These sessions ensure you always know:
How your work is valued.
Areas to improve and grow.
Opportunities for coaching, career progression, and support.
Suggested Questions for Feedback Sessions 📝
To keep conversations structured and meaningful, we recommend covering these five topics:
Self-Review: How do you feel about your performance?
Feedback for your manager: What’s going well, and what could improve?
Feedback on Team: Thoughts on collaboration, challenges, or wins.
Manager’s PoV: Manager’s observations and updates.
Other Inputs: Coaching or help needed, work requests, or life updates.
Tracking Feedback Rituals 📊
