Career Path Options in Our Team

Type 1: Creative Team ✍️

Creative professionals can grow as independent contributors (ICs) or transition to people management roles.
Levels:
Junior Writer
Senior Writer
Creative Associate
Senior Creative Associate
People management track
Creative Lead
Director - Creative Development

Type 2: Operations Team 💻

Operations team members can choose to remain as ICs or move to people management roles.
Levels:
Ops Associate
Senior Ops Associate
Ops Lead

Type 3: Business Team 💼

The business team offers two career tracks:
Specialists: Focus on expertise areas like performance marketing, product marketing, or community management.
Specialists can grow as ICs or manage small teams.
Generalists: Drive strategic projects and manage teams and end-to-end initiatives.
Generalists start as ICs, but need to manage larger and critical projects to progress upward.
