With the Wistia Coda Pack, you have 4 tables with which to enhance your content library management.
Key Use Cases
Build a library of videos for either internal or external consumption Easily add meta-data to your videos for filtering Evaluate video performance holistically Pull transcript data (captions) into automations to write new scripts Incorporate Wistia links and data into your content development trackers Videos Table
This is the main table that will work for large libraries with no pre-filtering required.
Videos with Project Data
Because of the structure of Wistia’s API, adding project data to the table slows down the table and updates. If you have very large libraries (thousands), it’s recommended to use the project ID parameter on the main video table and just create multiple tables rather than filtering afterward with the Videos with Project Data table.

Transcripts (Captions) Table
This table allows you to imports video captions for a single language at a time. You must enter the language code in the language parameter before syncing. For example, “eng” for English and “spa” for Spanish.
Use a relation field to join the captions (even multiple languages) with the main videos tables.
Video Stats
Enjoy the top level stats of each video right inside coda. This is particularly useful when using coda to manage your video production workflow. You can now easily see the engagement rates and plays of your current library to make informed decisions.
The table below uses dummy data and therefore looks a bit broken. But it works!
