The goal is people growth. Getting people off the sideline and turning them into people growers.
Take the computers away and we still have a job. Take the people away and we don’t need a job.

We GIVE opportunities for people to fulfill their hightest callings
To tap into (enable? ) the calling of our members so we can increase the capacity of our team.
