Signing your Agreement

Congratulations, a winning bidder has been selected in the auction!

Once the landowner/agent has selected winning bidder of an auction, it is time for the winning bidder to sign the lease agreement.

The winning bidder will receive an email notifying them that they have been selected as the winner of the auction, along with a link to the listing and instructions on signing the lease agreement. They can also sign the lease agreement anytime by logging in to your website.

Step-By-Step Guide

1. View your Accepted Bid

From the home page, click on your name in the top right corner and select Dashboard from the drop-down menu.

From the Dashboard, select the Bids tab on the left side of the screen. You will see each of your bids listed here. Your bids that have been accepted will show Accepted in the Status column.

Click on the three dots to the right of your bid’s status and select “Review and sign”.

2. Add Payment Method

From the Bid Details page, click “View Agreement” at the top of the page.

Review the price information, lease payment terms, and add a payment method. Once a payment method has been saved, click “Preview Agreement”.

*In the case of a hunting lease agreement, you will be prompted to review and sign the hunting insurance contract indicating that you are properly insured to hunt on the property.

3. Review & Sign Contract

Review the lease agreement contract, click “I accept bid terms and conditions.”, and click Accept & Sign.

Done 🎉

You have successfully entered a lease agreement with the landowner.
