Signing your Agreement

When your auction ends, it’s time to select the winning bidder and sign the lease agreement.

The landowner can choose to sign the lease agreement themselves, delegate this task to their land agent, or sign along with their agent. Once the landowner and/or agent signs the lease agreement, it is sent to the winning bidder to sign.

Step-By-Step Guide

1. Login to your agent’s website

Sign in to your agent’s website. From the homepage of your agent’s website, click on your name in the top right corner and select Dashboard from the drop down menu.

Select the Listings tab on the left side of the page.

Find your listing that you wish to sign a contract for and click on the three dots on the right-hand side of the listing card. Select “View bids” from the drop down menu.
