Step-By-Step Guide
1. The Auction begins! 🎉
Auctions for land sales, tillable leases, hunting leases and pasture leases begin at the date and time that you chose for Listing start date in the listing process. If you selected a future listing start date, your listing be viewable on your White Label site and
can bid on your listing, and it is viewable by everyone!
Bids can come in at any point during the bidding period, and you and your client can view all bidding activity through the GroundOS dashboard, your client’s CashRent Dashboard, and through email notifications.

In order to get you and your client the best price on your listing, within the last 10 minutes of the auction, any bid that is submitted will result in 10 additional minutes being added to the auction countdown clock.
2. Select a Winner
When the bidding period concludes, it is time to choose a winner!
Remember, high bid only automatically wins in Sale Auction listings. It is up to you and your client to select a winner for any Tillable, Hunting, or Pasture lease. This is where Farmer Profiles give you and your client the information you need to choose the right tenant for your land!
Navigate to Listings from your Land Manager portal
Select the listing you would like to view the bids on
Click “Bids” tab above the aerial view image in the listing to view Bid Details page.
From here, click on a farmer’s name to view their individual bid details and to view their Farmer Profile
To view bidder information, experience, practices and equipment, click “Bidder profile”
Review each bidder’s Farmer Profile and make a decision with your client on who wins the auction.
3. Accept the Bid
From the Bid Details page, click “Accept Offer” on the right side of the page to accept a Farmer’s bid
