Chat is currently through omniplatform in salesforce, email is through outlook that shares through salesforce

DARS - how close am I to graduation? (information stored in salesforce, fed to myasu dars report, from peoplesoft)
Student History storage? Not in data warehouse?
Include some best practice/info for coaches on how to resolve certain issues when they search would be great
