Brain day is a new hack day-esque activity that I want to try with the team. The goal is to forget about your current workload and focus on learning a new skill, finding new products/tools for the team or solving a problem here at EdPlus. This will be an all day design session where we work independently then present on what we've learned
Goals
⚫ learn new skills
⚫ find a new product
⚫ solve a problem / improve a process
Brain Day Game Plan
Choose a product, problem, or a tutorial
Do/solve that thing
Document what you did and present the final outcome.
One person is always doing their product design live for the team(switch every 30 min).
Eat lunch in the room while we watch creative content.
Chill vibes all day.
Focus on easy practical wins for the team.
Encourage collaboration.
