Hi La, Happy May!

I wanted to connect with you about our tiny house.

We are wondering if you / Atlan have interest in partnering in some way regarding having our tiny house on the land for the purpose of an airbnb-like stay for the months of May, June, and possibly July depending on how it flows -- for income purposes. We would do the secure set up, schedule management, and professional cleanings. Obviously details would need to be talked through and agreements in place. We are open to a fair exchange and happy to talk about what that means.

We have plans to sell it during the heat of summer (July/August) once we find the right owner, and are thinking that we will park it down at the waterfront for exposure and will be posting it on some tiny house networks and ads throughout Portland and beyond.

It's a very special home to us, as we built it with a lot of love. I'm currently finishing the inside kitchenette and preparing it to be ready for this next adventure. Some photos are attached.

Margo: Amazing :) I wonder where a good location for it would be. I am also curious if it has a kitchen or bathroom? The picture looks like it is only one room with a bed.

La: Could be at the learning center or flying pear…..wherever we decide to invest in compost toilet and simple shower. Plus, electricity access…

There are two other tiny homes looking for somewhere to be for the summer. One is our friend Kathy who has a different situation for herself and she needs the home to be somewhere …..and the other comes with Rebecca and her two kids ~ they want to do some payment and some work exchange like woofing.

So much energy around people wanting to park at or be at Atlan.

This could be a discussion for the Operations pod or it also business development in someways. We can decide where the conversation should take place but I imagine it to occur soon as it is so emergent.
