The 5 simple rules to follow.
Rule 1️⃣
Avoid "white" carbohydrates.
Another reason to avoid white carbs: chlorine dioxide used to bleach flour produces alloxan, a chemical used in lab rats to induce diabetes.
Rule 2️⃣
Eat the same few meals over and over again.
Eat as much as you like of the foods listed below, but keep it simple.
Rule 3️⃣
Don't drink calories.
Red wine is OK. It doesn't appear to have an impact on fat loss.
Rule 4️⃣
Don't eat fruit.
Exceptions are avocados and tomatoes
Rule 5️⃣
Take one day off per week.
Eat whatever you want. 😄
