Add People, Activities, Commitments Go through your calendar from the last year and identify the people, activities, and commitments that triggered peak positive or negative emotions for you.⁠

Log Emotions Now, next to each activity, person, and commitment, log whether the item generated a positive or negative emotion for you.⁠

Top 20%⁠

Get Them On Calendar! Take the top 20% of your positive items and get them scheduled on the calendar today!⁠
