If you have integrated your Coda doc with the
Google Calendar Pack
, you can automatically pull in your Google Calendar events into this doc and also quickly schedule events for the new year from within this doc.
Here is an overview of the steps (set aside 30–60 minutes to complete):
Add People, Activities, Commitments
Go through your calendar from the last year and identify the people, activities, and commitments that triggered peak positive or negative emotions for you.
Log Emotions
Now, next to each activity, person, and commitment, log whether the item generated a positive or negative emotion for you.
Top 20%
Get Them On Calendar!
Take the top 20% of your positive items and get them scheduled on the calendar today!
