A fun thing to do every day with your colleagues over video conference to keep spirits high.

from Andrew Stinger, a product marketing manager at Coda. You see your colleagues every day over video conference, why not make things a little more fun by having a theme for each weekday? The spirit captain for each day sends a reminder out the day before to encourage the team to participate in the theme for the next day whether it means wearing your favorite hat or Slacking a compliment to one of your co-workers.
