COVID vaccine shot tracker for close friends and family

Keep track of when your close circle of friends and family have received the COVID vaccine with the number of days since they received their shots.

This template is a simple way for you to keep track of the dates your friends and family received their 1st and 2nd vaccine shots. It also calculates how many days have past since each of your friends/family received their shots. The CDC says it typically takes

2 weeks⁠

for your body to build immunity against COVID-19 after receiving the vaccine. Each person in your circle just needs to tap the received 1st shot and received 2nd shot buttons when the table will automatically fill out the date that person received their shots. People can also manually edit the dates they received the shots in the table as well.
