Change has been evaluated and expected impact has been recorded

Approved

Relevant stakeholder has approved change and assigned next steps

Denied

Relevant stakeholder has denied change

Cancelled

Relevant stakeholder has cancelled an existing change or requested change be reversed.

Implemented

The requested and approved change has been implemented.

Verified

Relevant stakeholder has confirmed change is implemented correctly.

Closed

Change has been closed and logged.
