Steps to sync your Peloton data:

Copy your Peloton User ID and Cookie after entering in your Peloton username/password on

this page⁠

Click on Insert in the top right, then Packs→Peloton→Sign in to add to doc

Paste your User ID and Cookie from step 1 and hit Complete setup.

Sync your data by clicking the 🔄 icon on the sync tables in

Synced Workouts⁠

Synced Friends⁠

Synced Friend Workouts⁠

Synced Instructors⁠
