Responsibilities

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with founders and engineers.

Drive conceptualisation and ideation, user flow design, detailed interaction design, and prototyping.

Illustrate design ideas using user journey boards, process flows and sitemaps.

Build and design high fidelity wireframes

Design simple & elegant UI

Hand off final UI designs to developers

Iterate designs based on user feedback

Requirements

5+ years of work experience as a UI Designer or similar role

Exceptional aesthetic taste

Portfolio of past design projects

Knowledge of design tools (e.g. Advanced Figma; Additional: Adobe XD, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator)

Basic knowledge and understanding of HTML5 & CSS

Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

Bonus points for:

Experience prototyping with AfterEffects

UX writing skills and knowledge of persuasive design principles

Systems thinking and demonstrable ability to translate complex problems into a simple and intuitive user experience

Sense of humour 🤗

Location:

Our team works remotely and our team is excited to consider candidates globally. However, our engineering team is based in India (GMT+5:30) and this role requires frequent interaction with them. So, this will affect your work hours. You will start as soon as possible.
