that makes media editing, searching and managing as easy as docs.

Spext had its inception in UC Berkeley. Backed by top silicon valley VCs like Village Global, OVO and other strategic angel investors, we are building remotely from India for a global consumer base. Founders have previously built award winning products and scaled to millions of users.

We are looking to hire smart hustlers who obsess over product growth and want to learn from growth playbooks.

Some example goals/ projects could be

Acquiring Discord admins to signup

Creating a Twitter bot with engineering team to engage with potential customers on Twitter

Working with founders to build a target list of customers

Requirements:

Traits: Resourceful, result-oriented and relentless

Strong desire to build a career in growth marketing

Ability to take ownership of growth projects and lead them efficiently. Work independently under minimal direction with a strong work ethic.

Can manage uncertainty and ambiguities of early stage startups.

High degree of intellectual curiosity and eagerness to keep up with latest growth tactics and AI advancements space.

Location: - Remote but you will need significant overlap with team in the USA, so candidates should be able to work in the shift 3pm-midnight IST.

Salary Range: - Open to Discussion
