that makes media editing, searching and managing as easy as docs.
Spext had its inception in UC Berkeley. Backed by top silicon valley VCs like Village Global, OVO and other strategic angel investors, we are building remotely from India for a global consumer base. Founders have previously built award winning products and scaled to millions of users.
For a product, innovating and challenging the fundamentals of media editing and organization, great engineering and exceptional user interface is everything.
We are looking to hire a super talented individual for the founder’s office role who can take founder’s vision forward and execute it on the ground.
Some example goals/ projects could be
Improve product Onboarding. Work with product, design and engg. team to deliver the new onboarding experience. Setup and track analytics.
Improve website conversion rate to drive more signups

Experience building a product from 0 to 1
Be at the cutting edge of hottest trend in AI: Generative AI & large language models (LLMs)

This role requires:
Strong knowledge of product development - A leader who can bring the teams together to prioritize product roadmap, process & delivery to drive exponential growth
Ability to take ownership of projects and lead them efficiently. Work independently under minimal direction with a strong work ethic.
High degree of intellectual curiosity and eagerness to keep up with the ever changing AI and media space. Good understanding of technological advancements.
Understand the culture founders are trying to build and align the team on that.
Can manage uncertainty and ambiguities of early stage startups.
Resourceful, result-oriented and relentless.
Undergraduate / Graduate degree from a top university/ college with 4+ years of work experience.
Product Management.
Location - Remote. but you will need significant overlap with team in the USA, so candidates should be able to work in the shift 3pm-midnight IST.

Salary Range - Open to Discussion
