Wedding & Birth Certificates must not be older than 3 months for legalisation.

Please note we are unable to obtain a certificate on behalf of the Client.

Please note that due to a new regulation, it is no longer possible (as of today) to make certified copies of documents that are not in French language.

That means that We will no longer be able to make certified copies of French diplomas in English language and that persons holding this type of diploma will need to get a certificate of diploma from the concerned school in French language

Please note that the UAE authorities in Canada requires a copy of the transcripts to be sent to the nearest UAE mission (consulate in Toronto or the Embassy in Ottawa) directly from the educational institution. This must be requested from the applicant, we are unable to do this on your behalf.

If legalisation is required to be done on a certified copy of the document instead of the original there will be an extra charge.

NOTE from SP: Supervisory authority varies depending on the type of document and also depending on the state where the documents were issued. So in Bavaria that is a different authority than in Hamburg, for example.
