UAE embassy in France won't legalise any documents that has already been legalised by other conuslate. Wedding & Birth Certificates must not be older than 3 months for legalisation. Please note we are unable to obtain a certificate on behalf of the Client. Please note that due to a new regulation, it is no longer possible (as of today) to make certified copies of documents that are not in French language. That means that We will no longer be able to make certified copies of French diplomas in English language and that persons holding this type of diploma will need to get a certificate of diploma from the concerned school in French language

Ed Certs - may be able to process a scanned copy Please note that the UAE authorities in Canada requires a copy of the transcripts to be sent to the nearest UAE mission (consulate in Toronto or the Embassy in Ottawa) directly from the educational institution. This must be requested from the applicant, we are unable to do this on your behalf. If legalisation is required to be done on a certified copy of the document instead of the original there will be an extra charge. The UAE Embassy addresses can be found below. Please ensure that you check with the SP as to which address the document needs to be sent to.

May be able to process a scan of documents rather than the original. UAE Embassy will not legalise ed certs which : - have been obtained on any distance learning course, or - where study was taken on a campus outside the USA. Fees/services may be specific to each state.

UAE Embassy will not legalise any documents which have previously been attested for use in another Middle East country. Need a fresh copy. BMD - Always check with SP as not all BMDs can be retrieved and the forms will vary. Application Form and POA required. Please note that if service is for a Marriage Certificate then advise the Client that we require their Original Unabridged Marriage Certificate. Ed Certs - Degrees & Transcripts will be treated as separate documents. SAQA can be completed by our SP or the client.

New Zealand Documents

Ed Certs - Client needs to verify their certificate online using the E-Quals system and we will provide an email address to have the verification directly emailed to our colleagues in NZ after order placed. If the educational institution isn't on E-Quals, the SP will contact them and ask for verification and there is an additional fee for this.

UAE Embassy will not accept documents that have already been legalised for use in other countries. POA must be requested from German SP. For BMD - The embassy requires an issue date not older than 6 months. For ed certs - Degree & Transcripts are processed separately. NOTE from SP: Supervisory authority varies depending on the type of document and also depending on the state where the documents were issued. So in Bavaria that is a different authority than in Hamburg, for example.
