From the charts above it can be known that:
- Accounts in the Legal and Mortgage industry have the greatest long term churn rate at 54.2% and 44.2% respectively.
- On the other hand, accounts in the Finance, Business Services, and Real Estate have the lowest long term churn rate at less than 20%.
