PB’s Covid Relief Program took place around 2 years ago (helped over 90 individuals and team), and above is the data we were able to collect on its impact.
We gave out over $25,000 in free PhoneBurner Services
From that we have gotten over $266,000 in MRR from the customers we helped
Out of all the customers we helped, 33% of them are still with PB today
The customers that did churn still stayed an average of 5 months after they were given their relief package.
The customers that have not churned have now payed us over 20 times what we gave them in free services
Overall the Relief Program was a resounding success.
