[WIP]Final grade Sync

Final grade sync allows you to pull final grade data from SIS into Toddle and review changes before they are applied.

Dashboard

View the history of previous sync jobs.

Use the Sync button to initiate a new sync.

Open a sync request to review updates and either accept or reject the changes before they are applied.

Delete any rejected sync jobs using Actions (three-dot menu).

Grading period mapping

Map grading periods in SIS to the corresponding grading periods in Toddle.

Refetch the latest grading periods from SIS.

Edit and update mappings as required.

Class grading mapping

Map SIS classes to the corresponding Toddle classes and subjects.

Refetch the latest class data if required.

Edit and update mappings as required.

Grade column mapping

Map SIS grade columns to the appropriate Toddle grade columns, such as Final score or Overall grade.

Refetch the latest class data if required.

Edit and update mappings as required.

Changes to mappings apply only to future syncs and do not affect syncs that are under review or already completed.

A new sync cannot be started if another sync is already in progress for the same school.
