Weekly email summaries

Weekly email summaries let you share an automated weekly overview of each child’s school week with their family members.

Use this page to configure how weekly summaries are sent to family members.

Toggle Enable weekly email summaries for family members on or off.

Choose the day and time for sending weekly summaries.

View the timestamp of the last sent summary and when the next one is scheduled.

Open Weekly email summary logs to view delivery status and the list of students included for each summary.

Each weekly summary may include updates on:

Student’s weekly attendance

Shared progress reports

Pending and upcoming tasks

School-wide announcements

Class posts where the student is tagged

New school policies

Upcoming events in the next 30 days

If a section has no relevant data for the week, it will not appear in the email.

Families will receive information from the last 7 days, including the selected send day.

The summary time determines the reporting window:

For example, if the summary is scheduled for Saturday, 1:00 PM, it will cover 1:00 PM last Saturday to 1:00 PM this Saturday.

Family members who are not registered on Toddle will not receive the email.
