The Visitors page allows you to manage temporary access for users external to your organization.
These could be auditors from the Accreditation team who can be added to the authorization/evaluation cycles created on the platform.
What can I do on this page?
Use this page to manage all visitor-related actions.
View a list of all visitors along with their User name and assigned Cycles (if any). Add visitors individually using the + Add new visitor button: In Basic details, enter First name, Last name, and Email ID. In Add to cycles, select the Cycles the visitor should have access to (optional). Review the information in the Summary panel and click Add visitor to save. Use the three-dot menu beside each visitor to: Archive visitor: Deactivate access; the visitor’s status changes to Archived Things to keep in mind
Visitors can only view the cycles they are explicitly assigned. Archived visitors lose all access immediately, but can be restored by changing their status from Archived to Active.
