Templates

This page displays all unit plan templates and task templates available for your school.

These templates determine the planning formats teachers can use, based on the grades assigned to each template.

Use this page to view and manage all templates configured for your school.

Toddle-managed templates

These are default templates provided. You cannot edit their structure, but can manage grade access.

From the Actions menu, you can:

Preview the template.

Edit grades to decide which grade levels can use the template.

Teachers only see templates that are tagged to their grade levels.

Custom templates:

These appear if your school has got a custom planner or task template created.

From the Actions menu (three dots), you can:

Preview the template.

Edit name (unit plan templates only).

Edit grades to update grade-level access.

Custom templates provide flexibility for schools to accommodate school-specific learning pedagogies, planning structures, or documentation needs.

If your school would like to customise a unit plan or task template, please reach out to your Toddle Buddy.

Changes to grade access apply immediately for teachers creating new units or tasks.
