The Students page allows you to manage student records across your schools.
From adding new students to assigning classes, homeroom advisors, and managing login access, this page serves as a central hub for maintaining student data on the platform.
What can I do on this page?
Manage all student-related data and actions from this page.
View a list of all students. Add student data using the two available methods: Sync via your Student Information System (SIS) Sync student data one-way from your SIS to maintain consistent, up-to-date records. Click +Add student and fill out basic and personal details, and add them to classes. If a class is being taught at multiple levels, select the relevant one. Use the three-dot menu to manage individual student actions: Edit student details using the full profile structure. Download portfolio for one or more academic years. Print student sign-in code Generate a PDF or QR code for the student to log in. Access the platform as the selected user. Reset student sign-in code Option to keep students logged in or log them out of all devices. Temporarily block student access Blocking also suspends family access. Blocked students remain visible in teacher rosters; teachers can still assign work and tag them. Removes them from active rosters. Requires a withdrawal date (must be current or past). Archived students cannot have attendance marked. Can later be restored or deleted. Logout student from all devices Ends all active sessions for the student across devices. Sends login invitations to family members in the selected language. Generates printable PDF login invitations for family members. Creates a new family login code and optionally logs family members out of all devices Use the download button to export student and family information: Download student list: Export the full list or filtered view of students as a spreadsheet. Download students with no family added: Export a list of students who do not have family members linked to their profile. Download all family members: Export all family accounts associated with students as an XLSX file. Things to keep in mind
Students can belong to only one school at a time. Student UID is auto-generated if left blank when adding or uploading students. Archived students cannot log in, cannot have attendance marked, and do not appear in active class rosters. They can be restored at any time. Blocking a student suspends access temporarily but keeps them visible in teacher class lists. Teachers can still assign work to blocked students. Family access is also suspended. Impersonating a student lets administrators access the platform as that student All actions taken during impersonation are recorded as actions performed by the student.
