Student timetable

The Student timetable page shows a consolidated timetable for each student and lets you review their schedule across the week.

Use this page to view and download the timetable for any student in your school.

Select a student from the dropdown to load their timetable grid.

Review the student’s classes and scheduled periods across the selected week.

Use the download icon to export the student’s timetable as a PDF file.

Switch between weeks using the navigation controls.

Click on any scheduled period to view key details and quickly open the class in a new tab.

The timetable displayed here is based on the class timetables defined in Timetable settings.

Students will see their timetables in their portal once configured.

Any updates made in Class timetables will reflect here automatically.

PDF downloads include the student’s full weekly timetable based on the selected date range.
