Student profile templates

Student profile templates allow your school to collect additional student information that appears under the Other info tab in each student’s profile.

What can I do on this page?

Use this page to create and manage the Student profile template for your school.
Create a new template:
Click Add section to create a new section in the template.
Enter a section title and add the questions or fields you want teachers to fill in.
Add additional sections as needed to organise information clearly.
Click Save template to publish the template for your school.
Manage existing template:
Use Edit template (top right) to update the structure or content of the template.
Add, merge, rename, reorder, or delete sections as required.
After editing, click Save template to update the version teachers will use.

Things to keep in mind

The template you configure appears under Student Profile → Other info for every student in your school.
Teachers use this template to record student-specific information throughout the year.
Any changes you make to the template (adding, editing, or deleting sections/questions) are reflected immediately on the student profile at the teacher’s end.
If you delete a section or question, all data previously entered by teachers for that section/question will also be removed from student profiles.
