Notifications manager allows you to centrally manage which notifications are sent to staff members and how they receive them - via in-app alerts, email, or push notifications.

What can I do on this page?

Use this page to configure notification preferences for staff members of your school.
Manage overall notification settings:
Turn the Enable notifications for staff members toggle on or off.
When turned off, staff will not receive any notifications for any trigger.
Staff cannot override this setting from their end.
Search for specific triggers using the Search notification feature.
For each trigger, choose delivery channels:
In-app
Email
Push
Use Disable all at the top of each column to turn off that notification channel for all triggers

Things to keep in mind

When you disable a notification trigger or channel, staff members will see it greyed out or marked with an alert icon in their Notification preferences. They will not be able to override it.
When a notification trigger is disabled for staff, no new notifications will be sent for that event. Previously delivered notifications remain visible.
Some triggers support only specific channels. If a channel is not supported, it appears as a blank state (-).
New staff members automatically inherit the school-wide default configuration you set here.
