Settings allow you to enable MYP projects for specific grades and configure project settings.

What can I do on this page?

Use this page to manage project availability and default settings for the MYP projects.

Click Edit to make changes.

Select which projects should be available for each MYP year level using the checkboxes.

Click Save to apply updates.

Enable or disable automatic locking of meeting notes submitted by students.

Enable or disable automatic similarity checks on file uploads.

Select the default language for IB forms downloaded for MYP projects.

Allow or restrict teachers from changing the language in which IB forms are downloaded.

Things to keep in mind

All edits take effect immediately for teachers and students.

Disabling a project for a year will prevent it from being accessible to teachers and students in that year.

Default language settings apply to all IB forms downloaded for MYP projects unless teachers are allowed to change the language.

If automatic locking of meeting notes is enabled, students will not be able to edit or delete their meeting notes 15 minutes after adding them, unless a teacher explicitly unlocks them.
