Settings allow you to configure settings for the Diploma programme(DP) and Career-related programme(CP) projects.

What can I do on this page?

Use this page to manage settings for DP and CP core projects.

Configure core settings:

Allow or restrict students from viewing their CAS and SL interviews.

Allow or restrict students from uploading and editing their CAS and SL interviews.

Enable or disable automatic locking of EE and RP reflections, TOK interactions, and CAS and SL interviews submitted by students.

Enable or disable automatic similarity checks on file uploads.

Enable or disable automatic similarity checks on file uploads for internal and external assessments (IAs and EAs).

Configure assessment forms settings:

Choose the default language for all IB forms downloaded.

Allow or restrict teachers from changing the language in which IB forms are downloaded.

Things to keep in mind

All edits take effect immediately for teachers and students.

Default language settings apply to all IB forms downloaded for DP projects unless teachers are allowed to change the language.

If automatic locking is enabled, students will not be able to edit or delete their reflections, interactions, and interviews 15 minutes after adding them, unless a teacher explicitly unlocks them.
