School policies and resources is a central space to upload, organise, and share school-wide documents with your community.

Use this page to manage and share school-wide resources across different user groups and grades.

Click the + New button to add resources:

Upload files or folders from your device

Import content from Google Drive, OneDrive/SharePoint

Add shareable links

Create Google doc, sheet or slides directly on the platform

Use the three-dot menu to:

Share items with specific user groups and grades

Rename resources

Download resources

Delete outdated content

Files and folders uploaded here are private to admins by default.

You must explicitly share them to make them visible to others.

Any new file added to a shared folder will automatically inherit the folder’s sharing settings.

You can still customise access for individual files within the folder.

Staff, students, and families will receive notifications when a new resource is shared.

They can manage these from their Notification settings.

Shared resources are accessible to users on both the web and app, and they can download files as needed.
