The School library is a centralized hub where educators can access units, learning experiences, assessments, worksheets, and quick tasks created across the curriculum. It helps you reuse, adapt, and assign existing content instead of starting from scratch.

✏️ What can I do on this page?

Use this page to browse, reuse, and manage school content across grades, subjects and academic years:
Explore content across two main sections:
Units – Access unit plans created by you and other educators.
Learning experiences / assessments – Access tasks that are part of unit flows, along with all quick tasks created across the school.
Search and filter content to find what you need:
Use the search bar to look up specific units or tasks.
Apply filters such as grade, subject, academic year, or creator to refine results.
Take action on units using the 3-dot menu (options depend on your access rights):
Edit unit – Modify the unit if you have editing permissions.
Import in class – Create an editable copy of the unit in your own class.
Print unit – Generate a printable version of the unit.
Share unit – Share the unit with other educators (if permitted).
Take action on learning experiences, assessments, or quick tasks (options depend on your access rights):
Edit – Update the task if you have editing rights.
Add to unit – Copy the task into one of your unit flows.
Assign to students – Directly assign the task to students from the library.
Print – Generate a printable version of the task.

💡 Things to keep in mind

Copies in the School library are independent of class-level tasks. Editing a task in a class does not update the version saved in the library.
Only tasks tagged to a unit appear in the School library; quick tasks always appear as they are unit-independent.
The actions available to you depend on your role and the sharing permissions set for each unit or task.
